We want you to be completely satisfied with your RéVive Skincare purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, gently used, or unopened condition. Please note that items marked as final sale or promotional sets may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop off the parcel at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
